Early Bird Registration

Authors who make their payment by August 15, 2016 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

Student / Retiree Rates

Participants are eligible for student/retiree rates if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student or a retiree. You must fax in your student identification card or retirement certification to or email the scanned copy to ascssim2016@163.com and to bring along their card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per-registration is allowed under this rate.

Items Included in a Registration Fee

Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM); admission to all technical sessions, tea/coffee breaks, lunches/dinners, reception and conference banquet.

Cancellation Policy

Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:

• Request on or before 15 August 2016 - cancellation charge of 300RMB (or 50USD) applies.

• No refund on or after 15 August 2016 will be allowed.

• Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.
